If you want to pay by credit card, but don't want to fill out our online form at: http://www.flattext.net/register/reg.htm, you can print the online form and mail it to us at the address below.
Checks:
We can accept checks drawn in US funds on a US bank made payable to FLATTEXT Database Scripts, Inc. and sent to:

Make sure that your e-mail address is always sent with your payment, so that we can send your unlock codes to you as quickly as possible.

Purchase Order Procedure:
If you are affiliated with a US company or institution and need to send us a purchase order at the above address, feel free to do so. The Tax ID for FLATTEXT Database Scripts, Inc. is: 30-0013838, if that is needed on your purchase order. In most cases, we can unlock your script or send you your Developer Code upon receipt of the purchase order (you can FAX your PO to us at: 330 788-5858).
Need Your Unlock Code Today?:
In most cases, payment is now required before your script can be unlocked and downloaded (we have been thoroughly abused in the past by those who never actually send their promised payment). We make make an exception for this if you work for a U.S. corporation or institution and you FAX us a promise that your check will arrive within the next 30 days. This is not an offer to try our products for 30 days, it is an advance of your unlock code after the decision to purchase but before payment actually arrives. If you do not provide all of this information by FAX, or if we cannot reach you at the contact information that you provide, your request will be denied. We need the following information via FAX at (330) 788-5858:
